Our fudge is slowly cooked in the traditional way, in copper kettles over an open gas flame. Once it reaches perfection, it’s poured onto cool marble slabs and handcrafted into smooth, delicious loaves. Every batch is made with fresh cream and butter for a rich, creamy texture. Joann’s is a third-generation family owned Mackinac Island Fudge shop and the only shop on Mackinac Island that makes fudge year-round.
